Mullingar RFC U10s Shine as Hosts of Midlands Blitz

This past Saturday, Shay Murtagh Park was buzzing with excitement as Mullingar RFC U10s proudly hosted the first Midlands Blitz of the season. Teams from Longford and Tullamore joined the action, with each club fielding two teams. The atmosphere was electric, with parents and supporters cheering on the future stars of Midlands rugby.

The day was a testament to the hard work and dedication of the young players, as all teams showcased an impressive step up in contact skills. Tackling was a standout feature of the blitz, with each squad putting on a defensive masterclass, denying several attacking opportunities.
