Mullingar Rugby Club Girls Shine at Croke Park

Last Saturday was a day to remember for Mullingar Rugby Club, as 110 players, coaches, and supporters traveled to Dublin to witness an unforgettable event. The club’s Under-10 and Under-14 girls made the journey to support their Under-12 teammates, who had the honor of playing during halftime at the Leinster vs. Munster game, held in front of a record-breaking crowd at Croke Park.

The girls faced Mullingar rivals Barn Hall, with many players experiencing the joy of scoring tries in the iconic stadium. This incredible opportunity was not only about the game but also about creating lifelong memories, both on and off the field.

The day was filled with excitement, camaraderie, and plenty of cheering from the stands as proud parents and coaches watched their young stars. The group enjoyed pizzas and a trip to Supermac's afterward, capping off an unforgettable adventure.
